IT WILL COMMENCE AT 11.0AM PROMPT.

Approve the minutes of the 9th AGM and consider any
matters arising from them.
The Chairman’s report on the CCMHS
To receive the report of the annual accounts from the auditor Mr.
W. Cooper. Also to approve his retention as auditor to the CCMHS for
coming year 2012.
Retirement of the serving officers of the committee
To elect the officers and ordinary members of your committee
Events for 2012
To give due consideration to any matter or proposal for which the
appropriate notice in writing has been given to the Chairman or
Secretary of this society.
Ladies and Gentlemen please make sure you have paid your subscription as they are now due
Quarterly Meetings 2012.
Please make a note that all our meetings in the future unless otherwise stated will take place at the at the Museum of Cannock Chase.

Diary Dates
Saturday 28th April 2012.
The Dedication Ceremony of the extension to the original miners monument in Hednesford Town Centre, will take place on the above date.
The Bishop of Manchester Right Reverend Nigel McCulloch will officiate music will be provided by Rugeley Power Station Band and the Cannock Chase Orpheus Male Voice Choir
